You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

• Monitors effectiveness of process control monitors and acceptance inspection data and implements changes for improvements
• Monitors, provides guidance and evaluates the performance of the Process Control team
• Reviews and responds to items in the new products check list and reports
• Monitors, reviews and initiates revisions on the control plan and process control monitoring work instruction guide
• Generates appropriate weekly/monthly reports on process control data
• Leads implementation of improvement plan when data is below target
• Whenever necessary, investigates internal and external customer complaints in coordination with other departments and manufacturing sections
• Evaluates, guides, coaches, and mentors subordinates in the effective performance of assigned tasks
• Disseminates, explains and complies with rules and regulations on safety, health, environment and security in the area of responsibility to ensure that applicable rules and regulations are understood and implemented
• Drive error proof solutions to improve quality in collaboration with other engineering organizations (process, supplier quality, new product, and package development engineering)

• With a minimum of 3 years experience handling related tasks in a similar environment
• Must be knowledgeable on Process Control methodologies and Quality improvement activities
• Must demonstrate skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Must have strong background on problem solving methodology and rootcause analysis
• Must be knowledgeable in set-up, repair and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Must have basic knowledge in Statistics
