GPP mainstream radio technology products and solutions, including cross‑technology responsibility (Multi‑Radio Access Technology). The unit’s main priorities are flawless execution of radio product development.

MN RF R&D is responsible for 2G/3G/4G/5G BTS development and is looking for a design engineer to participate in the development of cellular base stations. Both experienced candidates and those willing to explore new areas are welcome.

• Perform Digital Pre Distortion (DPD) Dynamic Traffic Testing on BTS products in an R&D environment (2G/3G/4G/5G).
• Work with the Digital Pre Distortion (DPD) Team to analyze logs.
• Review testing results, test specifications, and related technical documents.
• Provide fault reporting – fault investigation/reporting including cooperation with other teams for both HW and SW.
• Troubleshoot automation, test setups, and BTS problems.
• Support Test Automation development and functional reviews.
• Support customer pronto and investigations as needed.

• BSEE or MS in Electrical Engineering / SW Engineering.
• 0–2 years experience working in an RF laboratory environment.
• Familiar with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters, etc.).
• Fluent in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office.
• Previous industrial experience preferred.
• Proven track record – previous involvement in successful product development programs is a definite plus.

• Good planner and organizer.
• Adept problem solver.
