Position: CE- SEASONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANT (WWTPC)

Be the first smile. Keep things running. Create great experiences. The City of Coppell is hiring a Seasonal Customer Service Attendant to support daily front-desk and facility operations at the Wagon Wheel Tennis & Pickleball Center
.

You’ll assist patrons with registrations and reservations, support programs and events, maintain a clean and safe facility, and help ensure every visitor feels welcomed and supported—all while modeling Coppell’s culture and commitment to service.

Schedule Commitment

Seasonal — works a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and nights during the summer season averaging 20-40 hours a week.

  • Mornings (6:45 am - 2:30 pm)
  • Evenings (5:00 pm - 10:15 pm)
Pay Plan

The Seasonal Customer Service Attendant is a non-exempt, non-benefitted, GAP position with an hourly rate of $15.00.

Candidate Engagement Plan

Experience
  • 18+ Years of age, or older
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Certified CPR/FA is preferred; required upon hire for continued employment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Knowledge of tennis and pickleball is preferred.
  • Ability to use technology and various software, such as Microsoft Office suite and Active Net.
