Customer Success Manager (CSM)
About the role
They’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to partner with strategic enterprise customers across North America, driving successful deployment, adoption, and long‑term value.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers post‑sale
- Act as the primary point of contact across technical and executive stakeholders
- Drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success alongside Sales & Systems Engineering
- Lead regular check‑ins and business reviews to measure impact and outcomes
- Identify expansion, upsell, and renewal opportunities
- Help shape and scale customer success processes as the business grows
What they’re looking for
- SaaS Customer Success / Account Management experience
- Exposure to cybersecurity, IT, or network security environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable in a high‑touch, enterprise customer model
- Proactive, organized, outcomes‑focused
