Emergency Dispatcher - 2nd Shift
Location: Coppell, TX
About the Role: Join Kings III Emergency Communications as a full‑time Emergency Dispatcher – 2nd Shift. No prior dispatcher experience required; extensive on‑the‑job training is provided. Each day you will handle inbound calls from push‑button emergency phones located in elevators, pool areas and other key locations, ensuring rapid response and life‑saving assistance in a safe, supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Respond to testing and emergency calls.
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers and vendors.
- Address inquiries, provide accurate details, and document updates on emergency situations.
- Notify the customer call list of emergent and non‑emergent situations.
- Dispatch the Elevator Company or appropriate authorities when necessary.
- Manage multiple software programs for call handling and team communication.
- Communicate updates clearly and concisely.
- Provide world‑class customer service.
- Follow and abide by our core values.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1‑year customer service, call center, or dispatcher experience.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and the 2nd shift (3:45 pm – 12:15 am).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills that meet quality standards.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional active listening skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Accurately type at least 35 wpm with an accuracy rate of 95 % or better.
- High rate of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Dependable and organized.
- Positive, competitive, and determined attitude.
- A sense of humor is a plus; we like to have fun.

Salary$20.00 – $20.50 per hour.
