Bilingual in Spanish Call Center Rep Shift

Overview

We are a growing company looking for motivated and positive individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. This position is in-office only and offers a great work schedule, supportive leadership, and bonus opportunities based on performance.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (7 hours/day)

Pay:
Starting at $14.00/hour + Performance Bonus (Dialer)

Full Time: $17.00/hour + Performance Bonus (Collector)

Note:

This is not a sales position, but it is a sales-driven environment. In-office only. Remote/Hybrid positions are not available.

• Make outbound calls and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Assist customers by answering questions and guiding them to the right information.
• Document call details and update customer information in our system.
• Work closely with management to meet quality and performance goals.
• Generate 6 leads per day / 30 per week.
• Maintain a minimum call volume of 350+ calls per day.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish? - a plus! (not required).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and phone navigation skills.
• A positive attitude and a desire to grow.

Reliable attendance is essential for this role. Due to the nature of our operations, we are seeking team members that are reliable to arrive on time and be present for their scheduled shifts in order to maintain workflow efficiency and meet organizational goals.
