Superior Cloth & Stitch is seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in graphic design and a sharp eye for visual storytelling. This role supports our Wink, Carhartt Medical, and Fashion Seal Healthcare brands and plays a key part in bringing product launches and marketing initiatives to life.
This search is focused first and foremost on graphic design expertise. We are looking for someone with a strong design eye, solid layout and typography skills, and the ability to execute compelling creative across digital and print. Experience in image retouching is a plus—especially apparel retouching.
Key Responsibilities Go-To-Market Asset Development- Design and execute catalogs, brochures, sales materials, and other GTM assets that support product launches and sell-in efforts.
- Create digital and print assets that support brand campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
- Review artwork for typography, color accuracy, and image placement.
- Prepare and package files for production and upload within project management systems.
- Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across Wink, Carhartt Medical, and Fashion Seal Healthcare, ensuring consistency in typography, color, imagery, and layout.
- Partner with designers, directors, project managers, merchandising, and marketing teams to execute creative aligned with strategic objectives.
- Apply knowledge of printing technologies, color management, prepress processes, and file formats to ensure high-quality output across digital and print platforms.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design within a print or digital environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, layout, and brand application
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of prepress, color modes, and file preparation
- Apparel or consumer product experience
- Experience with PDP imagery and image retouching
- Familiarity with packaging design and B2B marketing platforms
- Exposure to AI tools that enhance creative workflow
- Knowledge of motion design is a plus

This role is based in Coppell, TX. Candidates must be able to work onsite Tuesday–Thursday.
