As the Production Artist at Naterra, you will support and execute the production of packaging and printed marketing collateral, including product labels, hangtags, signage, and in‑store displays. You will help ensure that all materials align with our portfolio of brands, maintain brand consistency, and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Support production processes and apply systematic thinking across 100+ SKUs for multiple brands.
  • Adjust design files as needed, updating text and fixing bleeds to meet production requirements.
  • Prepare and review all files to be print‑ready by verifying color separations, dielines, bleeds, image resolutions, typography, and other technical specifications.
  • Organize and archive mechanicals, templates, and assets.
  • Communicate with external print vendors to ensure artwork files meet all technical requirements and specifications.
  • Coordinate file deliveries, review proofs, and implement vendor feedback to maintain production quality standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve production or printing issues during the manufacturing process.
  • Manage all hands‑on production, including printing, trimming, and organizing in‑house materials.
  • Create mockups of product displays for retailers to provide a visual representation of the final product prior to production.
  • Handle projects including CPG labels, boxes, kits, and in‑store displays.

Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is a plus, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2‑3 years minimum of production experience, preferably in CPG (internships considered).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of print production processes, file preparation, and color management.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high‑quality, accurate work.
  • Collaborative attitude with the Creative team, Production Manager, and Project Management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
  • Basic knowledge of packaging requirements, dielines, and FDA compliance for beauty products is a plus.

NOTE: This is not a remote or hybrid role. The candidate must work in‑office at our Coppell, TX location five days per week.
