In this role you will work directly on public bids and structured cooperative pricing programs where the company holds the contract. This is not pass-through estimating, it requires discipline, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Here the volume is manageable, you will also work alongside a team whilst your work plays a role in expanding the division.

In this role, you’ll prepare commercial roofing estimates under cooperative purchasing contracts, support the development and submission of public bids, and structure pricing models to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

You will also coordinate with partner contractors to validate project scope and associated costs while assisting in establishing and refining estimating standards within the division.

• 1–2 years commercial roofing estimating experience
