Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The role involves managing vendor performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with procurement strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with procurement leadership and business stakeholders to optimize supplier relationships and drive category performance.
Responsibilities:- Manage vendor performance in accordance with service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and purchase orders.
- Define commodity and supplier strategies by adopting best‑practice commodity management and strategic sourcing processes.
- Track category performance relative to targets and conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliers.
- Communicate clearly with procurement leadership, business stakeholders, and team members about strategies, contracts, and project updates.
- Provide support for highly complex or strategic initiatives, including analyzing vendor performance and inventory, building business cases, and tracking and reporting KPI performance against targets.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and monitor contract execution.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
Skills:
- Experience with Power BI (PBI) and SQL is preferred.
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00/hour
. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
