Position Overview

IKS Health is seeking a passionate, strategic, detail‑oriented Senior Financial Analyst to translate complex clinical and operational data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable performance improvement. This role will analyze operational and financial data, lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts, forecast revenue, and develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision‑making. The ideal candidate will also assess supply chains and operational workflows to identify cost efficiencies while safeguarding quality of care – ensuring financial sustainability, operational excellence, and scalable growth across the organization.

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting growth objectives, pre‑sales solutioning, deal analysis, and market intelligence for a leading healthcare solutions company. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, financial modeling expertise, and an understanding of the healthcare sector. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with the Solutioning Team to evaluate new business opportunities, conduct secondary market research, and assess the cost‑benefit dynamics of strategic projects.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in financial modeling, valuation, data‑driven decision‑making, and cross‑functional collaboration. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape business strategy and drive impactful decisions at the highest level of the organization.

Key Job Responsibilities Solutioning & Financial Modeling
  • Lead the development of robust commercial models for enterprise healthcare clients, including pricing structures, value realization frameworks, ROI analyses, and risk‑sharing constructs.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align solution design with financial viability, competitive positioning, and long‑term client value, ensuring commercially sound and scalable engagements.
Secondary Market Research & Competitive Mapping
  • Conduct in‑depth research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.
  • Provide insights on emerging healthcare solutions, regulatory changes, and business opportunities.
Executive Support
  • Work closely with Solutions leadership to develop business cases and presentations for client meetings and discussions.
  • Provide data‑backed insights to shape deal structures.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy, in the healthcare sector.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including payer‑provider dynamics, regulations, and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with C‑suite executives.
Compensation and Benefit

Base salary range: $75,000 to $100,000. Pay is based on factors including current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401(k), and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full‑time employees).
