What you'll do:We are seeking a high-impact FP&A Specialist to join our Regional Finance team. This role sits at the center of performance, partnering closely with finance leadership, commercial teams, and operations to drive visibility, accuracy, and strategic insight across our rebate programs.
The ideal candidate brings strong financial and accounting fundamentals, paired with sharp analytical instincts and a deep curiosity for understanding the drivers behind rebate performance. You will own critical analyses around accruals, forecasting, and program effectiveness — translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making and margin optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with business leaders, Sales, and vendors to accurately structure, implement, and monitor back-end rebate and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with division strategy.
- Proactively identify and recover eligible rebate dollars by validating claims, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating cross-functionally to maximize value capture.
- Develop and maintain a financial tool to track the customer programs and report on.
- Review the programs prices and costs to ensure aligned with business strategy.
- Verify accuracy of incentive programs and complete necessary forms for submission.
- Analyze financial trends to identify margin improvement and cost optimization opportunities.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure data integrity.
- Contribute to ad hoc financial analyses to support other strategic initiatives and business cases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a regional or multi-entity corporate structure.
- Experience in rebate accounting, rebate analysis, or managing back-end incentive programs.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc).
- CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus but not required.
