Nefab Group is on a growth journey and is dependent on high‑performing people to succeed. Our Americas Product Management organization is vital for delivering innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to our customers worldwide.

We are looking for a Product Manager, Plywood to join our team! This role will be responsible for the Americas strategy, development and performance of the plywood product family, including our strategic product groups ExPak, ExPak XL and RePak. You will define how these products are launched, designed, priced, supplied and continuously improved across the Americas sub‑regions. You will contribute to Nefab’s growth and sustainability goals by ensuring the products deliver maximum customer value, cost efficiency and environmental impact reduction.

You will be part of the Global and Americas Product Management team and work closely with colleagues across Sales, Engineering, Operations and Sourcing to ensure alignment between customer needs, product design and supply chain execution. Collaboration across regions and functions is a key part of how we work.

The position location is flexible with preferences given to qualified individuals living near a Nefab Production Facility in the USA and/or Canada; this position reports to the VP Portfolio, Nefab Americas.

• University degree in Economics, Sourcing, Engineering, Logistics, Management, or Supply Chain (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, business development or a related field, ideally within industrial packaging or manufacturing.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Structured, organized and self‑driven with the ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives across regional and sub‑regional teams.
• Passionate about innovation, product sustainability and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is an asset).
