Location:

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000.

The Pricing Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic pricing, promotional, and clearance programs to deliver profitable growth. This full‑time, salaried, exempt position reports to the General Manager, Commercial and works closely with Demand Planning, Location Planning, Commercial, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Stores, Supply Chain and Technology.

• Drive development of pricing, promotional, and clearance programs to maximize profitability across all channels
• Assess performance of slow‑moving items and discontinued SKUs, recommending strategies to the Commercial General Manager
• Analyze sales of discontinued products across stores and e‑commerce, providing insights to store leadership and location planners
• Recommend further price reductions on clearance SKUs post‑initial reduction
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support execution of pricing processes, managing price record files and ensuring pricing integrity and compliance
• Define and implement overall pricing guardrails and methodologies, including initial mark‑up targets and clearance pricing ladder
• Lead pricing analytics, testing, and tracking; communicate findings across the organization
• Ensure price competitiveness through benchmarking, testing and diagnostics in key value‑perception categories
• Create ad‑hoc reporting to enable analysis and refinement of pricing and promotional decisions
• Lead the Pricing Analyst and support Commercial Leads on key pricing tactic decisions
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive company and customer information
• Perform other requested tasks and duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree with analytic or quantitative focus preferred
• Minimum three years of experience in pricing and complex analytics; additional experience in Merchandise Planning is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, financial analysis aptitude, and ability to generate insight from large, complex data sets
• Strategic thinker and tactical executor
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Micro Strategy, and Power BI is a plus
• Retail experience strongly preferred
• Based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area; ability to travel up to 10% of the year
• Proficient in advanced Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point
• Influential across the organization and trusted ally

• Strong quantitative and analytical problem‑solving skills
