Corporate Reporting Accountant

Our client is a privately held holding company supporting a global portfolio of operating businesses. As the organization continues to scale, they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate GL and Reporting Accountant to join their growing Accounting team!

This role is ideal for a hands‑on accounting professional with a strong and analytical mindset who thrives in a multi‑entity, fast‑paced environment and interested in supporting business transformation initiatives. The Accountant will play a key role in month‑end close, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting while partnering closely with Finance, Tax, and Treasury teams.

• Prepare and post month-end journal entries with supporting documentation
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses
• Manage intercompany transactions and balances across multiple entities
• Support monthly close and internal/external reporting processes
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Analyze and improve accounting procedures and controls
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and global teams to ensure accurate reporting
• Support enhancements to accounting and financial systems
• Research and interpret financial data to address technical accounting matters
• Provide controllership oversight for assigned entities and processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience in global, complex corporate structures, progressive public/private accounting experience, or a strong public accounting foundation and looking to make the move internally
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS is a perk
• Experience with ERP systems (D365 experience is a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment
