We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic and growing Finance team.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support our accounting operations in a high-growth SaaS environment. This role is ideal for a self-starter who’s eager to build their foundation in accounting, contribute to process improvements, and grow within a collaborative finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Month-End Close & Financial Reporting

  • Execute timely and accurate month-end close activities aligned with the closing calendar.
  • Perform detailed Balance Sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies across multiple entities
  • Prepare and analyze monthly flux analysis, explaining key drivers of variances
  • Record and reconcile monthly revenue in accordance with ASC 606
  • Support the preparation of US GAAP-compliant financial statements
  • Maintain and improve standard close documentation and procedures

Audit, Compliance & Tax

  • Support internal and external audit requests, including PBC preparation
  • Assist with tax filings, schedules, and coordination with third-party advisors
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and contribute to SOX readiness (as applicable)

Cross-Functional & Operational Accounting

  • Perform intercompany (I/C) reconciliations and eliminations across global entities
  • Partner with Accounts Receivable to ensure proper billing process in accordance with customer contracts and to aid in balance sheet reconciliation preparation.
  • Provide accounting support for system implementations and new module integrations (e.g., Sage INTACCT)
  • Collaborate with FP&A, Operations, and Sales to ensure end-to-end process alignment

Process Optimization & Business Partnership

  • Deliver proactive financial support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) as needed
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the “customer service” mindset of the accounting function
  • Develop and maintain scalable processes and documentation to support growth
  • Provide forward-thinking insights, to anticipate risks and streamline operations
About You:
  • 5+ Years of experience in accounting, including Prior experience in a senior-level Accountant role
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and operational accounting
  • Proven experience managing close activities and reconciliations in Sage INTACCT or similar ERP system
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative & global team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a relevant field required
  • Master’s degree in accounting, finance or a relevant field highly preferred
  • Experience in SaaS or technology industry highly preferred

Base pay offered is contingent on qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is just one piece of the full compensation structure offered  this pay range is outside of your expectations, we still encourage you to apply and have a conversation with us.

Base pay offered for this position is: $100,000 – 110,000
