Accounting Manager

We’re working with a well-established, multi-entity organization seeking an Accounting Manager to join its corporate finance team. This role is ideal for a CPA with strong technical accounting experience who enjoys researching complex issues, partnering cross-functionally, and improving close and reporting processes.

This position offers meaningful exposure to enterprise-level accounting matters, visibility to senior leadership, and the opportunity to shape policies and procedures that impact multiple subsidiaries.

• Research, design, and implement new accounting processes and policies
• Lead technical accounting analysis for complex transactions and business initiatives
• Support implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory updates
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos and documentation
• Partner with business units and subsidiaries on accounting matters and policy interpretation
• Oversee and enhance the monthly and annual close processes to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Assist in coordinating the annual external audit and related deliverables
• Maintain and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Review and update accounting policies based on evolving regulations and business needs
• Communicate accounting developments and impacts to finance leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA license or active CPA candidate
• 3+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or a technical accounting-focused role
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience researching and resolving complex accounting issues
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements and contractual agreements
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience supporting multi-entity or consolidated financial environments
• Prior involvement with acquisitions or complex transactions
