LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading manufacturing company located near Coppell, TX. This role offers a competitive pay range of $23–$25 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze invoice and expense reports to charge expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers, recording entries accurately.
  • Monitor and confirm net sales to compensate broker partners.
  • Schedule and prepare weekly check runs.
  • Discontinue shipments for accounts with outstanding invoices.
  • Verify and process employee expense reports via Expensify, preparing checks for review and approval on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare accounting entries for various registers and logs.
  • Perform regular account reconciliations with accuracy.
  • Compile documentation for external audits.
  • Adhere to established company accounting processes.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF).
  • Experience with Sage, highly preferred
