S+H Search is thrilled to once again partner with a rapidly growing and highly reputable multifamily developer based in Coppell, TX, as we help identify their next Senior Corporate Accountant. This is a full‑time, onsite (M–F) position working with a dynamic corporate team — and our client is looking to hire ASAP.

Base Pay Range: $85,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting
• Strong critical‑thinking skills and a proactive, team‑oriented approach
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems (automation experience highly preferred)
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Manage month‑end close for assigned entities/properties
• Record, post, and reconcile journal entries in the general ledger
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist with cash clearing
• Review and analyze reconciliations, investigate variances, and prepare adjusting entries
• Research unusual or complex general ledger activity
• Review partner/lender agreements and ensure compliance
• Prepare financial reports and lender/partner compliance packages
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and build strong internal relationships
• Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls and company policies
• Cross‑train and support multiple areas within the accounting department
