Executive Search Consultant - Finance & Accounting

Addison Group is partnered with a PE owned healthcare company that is in a major growth phase. The Controller is seeking for a strong Senior Accountant who has shown career progression and is ready to step into a team lead role in the near future.

This role is located in Coppell, TX and is hybrid 3:2. This role pays 85K-95K with yearly merit increases.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash posting process and ensure accurate reporting
• Reconcile financial data between EMR systems and the general ledger
• Resolve cash posting discrepancies through collaboration with internal teams
• Analyze AR aging reports and ensure alignment with general ledger balances
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Assist with audits by providing required documentation and insights
• Ensure financial data meets internal policy and GAAP compliance standards
• Identify and recommend improvements to AR processes and internal controls
• Contribute to special projects and provide general accounting support as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA is a plus
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and reconciliation
• Experience with large data sets and high-volume transactions
• Background in the healthcare industry is a plus
