Shipping Clerk

Family-owned manufacturer of high-precision force and torque measurement products is looking for a reliable and motivated Shipping Associate to join their operations team. The role involves preparing outgoing orders, coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that products are delivered to customers accurately and on time.

Salary: $20 - $22 per hour

8 AM - 4 PM

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Label packages and complete necessary shipping documentation (domestic and international)
• Coordinate with carriers (UPS, Fed Ex, freight carriers) for pickup and delivery
• Verify order accuracy, item condition, and proper packaging for safe transport
• Maintain clean, organized shipping area and adhere to safety standards
• Assist with inventory counts and tracking of stock levels
• Use ERP/WMS to update shipment statuses and generate packing lists
• Collaborate with production, quality, and customer service teams to resolve shipping issues
