• Safely operate heavy and agricultural equipment at all times
• Perform loading, unloading, and timely delivery of materials to approved destinations
• Conduct daily inspections and perform preventative maintenance on trucks and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and safe facility operations
• Maintain operation records and assist with shop cleanup and maintenance

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate heavy or agricultural equipment safely
• Capability to efficiently use a smartphone and follow directions

• Experience operating heavy or agricultural equipment
• Familiarity with environmental services or waste management
