• Design, code, develop, test, and implement complex software systems
• Lead and mentor software engineers throughout the Agile development cycle
• Define solution scope and ensure objectives are communicated effectively to team members
• Drive improvements in system performance and maintainability through constructive change
• Evaluate and analyze complex technological issues independently

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of programming experience
• Advanced programming experience in one or more current programming languages
• Full technical knowledge of all phases of application development, including analysis and programming
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional hands-on coding abilities in C#, .Net stack, and REST APIs
• Experience in end-to-end ownership of building enterprise-grade software applications
• Extensive experience managing production environments and resolving incidents
• Proven ability to act as a technical resource and liaison between stakeholders and product teams
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure Dev Ops
