• Lead quarterly planning and ensure the successful delivery of multiple components or modules

• Proven track record of managing engineering teams with the ability to scale impact
• Strong proficiency in C# with recent hands-on coding experience
• Extensive experience in designing and maintaining microservice architectures (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Deep expertise in developing and deploying large-scale SaaS applications
• Advanced management experience in a technical environment

• Experience with automated and AI-assisted recruitment tools
• Familiarity with distributed systems and scalability challenges
• Background in leadership training and mentoring in technology settings
• Experience with holistic health and wellness initiatives in the workplace
