• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; OR demonstrable equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of management or supervisory experience
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate teams and drive results
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with Helm/ArgoCD, Terraform, Git Hub Actions, and GraphQL
• Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI models and frameworks
• Knowledge of Azure and cloud-native application development
