• Lead large-scale technical projects requiring cross-team and cross-functional collaboration
• Develop highly scalable and reliable backend services for the Ads API

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance platform tools and infrastructure

• Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in large-scale distributed systems
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Go, Python, Scala, Java, or C++)
• Excellent communication skills to drive consensus and navigate complex challenges
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and lead technical initiatives

• Direct experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar function
• Previous success in a Platform team serving other engineering teams
• Expertise in Python and/or Go
