• 10+ years of experience in backend software engineering using Golang or similar languages
• Proven experience in architecting and developing solutions for ambiguous, high-impact problems
• Strong technical knowledge of building distributed systems at scale
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-organizational initiatives and drive architectural cohesion
• Solid communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with cryptocurrency technologies
• Background in both startups and large enterprises
