UI Software Engineer

• Design, prototype, and develop user‑centered interfaces for various applications including Precision LIMS and Lab ePortal
• Rapidly create and iterate prototypes using Figma and AI‑assisted tools based on stakeholder feedback
• Implement responsive, accessible, and maintainable front‑end code while ensuring design consistency
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI‑related issues in production environments
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and support teams to validate workflows and enhance user experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, User Experience Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3‑6+ years of professional front‑end or full‑stack development experience
• Proficiency in designing and building UI components using JavaScript/Type Script and frameworks such as Vue.js or React
• Experience using Figma or similar tools to create interactive prototypes
• Familiarity with Git‑based source control systems

• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated environments
• Exposure to Computer Systems Validation (CSV) or 21 CFR Part 11
• Interest or experience with AI‑powered design tools like Figma Make or Git Hub Copilot
• Ability to analyze manual processes and design efficient electronic workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
