• Develop Dutchie’s mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to design, develop, and ship new features
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-platform consistency
• Stay updated on modern mobile technologies and best practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of code quality and customer outcomes

• 5+ years of software development experience, including mobile development
• Experience building cross-platform mobile applications, preferably using Flutter and Dart
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and performance optimization
• Ability to write clean, tested, organized, and elegant code
• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Experience building software in the e-commerce, cannabis, or regulatory industries
• Passion for using bleeding‑edge technology
• Regular contributions to open‑source projects
• Experience working in a distributed team or remote environment
