- Lead an Agile/Scrum development team through the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and maintenance
- Translate customer needs into user stories and deliver working capabilities at the end of each sprint
- Write automated tests, including unit, integration, functional, and performance tests
- Develop in Docker and Docker Compose environments while utilizing CI/CD tools
- Mentor fellow software developers to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Must have DOD Secret level clearance to start
- Security+ certification required (Directive 8570.1/8140)
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience developing in a microservices architecture and containerized environments
- Proficiency with Agile practices and experience using Agile lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops)
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years as a team lead in an Agile software development team
- Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium or Citrus
- Knowledge of AWS Relational Database Services and experience with Dev Sec Ops frameworks
- Experience with performance optimization and scalability in software development
- Direct experience in providing customer support and handling escalation of customer issues
