• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to design, build, test, and deliver end-to-end products and features
• Develop skills in various technologies including Go, Graph
  
  QL, Typescript, JavaScript, React, and React Native
• Solve real-life problems and optimize fleet operations on a global scale
• Participate in a quarterly on-call rotation to support outage investigations
• Champion and embody the company’s cultural principles as the organization scales

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Proven experience in developing customer-facing products and features
• Strong programming fundamentals in a modern programming language such as Golang, React‑native, Swift, Kotlin, or Python
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining user-facing production systems
• Ability to estimate, communicate, and deliver upon project milestones

• Experience in mobile development
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Background in IoT, telematics, or condition monitoring solutions
• Demonstrated ability to drive significant value for customers
• Curiosity about customer experiences and eagerness to iterate on products based on feedback
