• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years of people management experience
• Proven track record of leading teams that successfully deliver production software
• Strong judgment in prioritization and balancing short-term and long-term objectives
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and delivery workflows
• Experience working in a distributed, asynchronous environment

• Experience in digital advertising or advertising platforms
• Ability to support engineers with diverse skill sets and backgrounds
