• Build core infrastructure for multi-agent orchestration, including task planning, coordination, execution, and recovery
• Define and implement platform primitives and abstractions for internal teams to build and deploy new agents
• Design reliable backend services and APIs for agent discovery, state management, scheduling, and observability
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine APIs and tooling, ensuring operational feedback loops
• Drive technical decisions in a high-ambiguity environment where requirements evolve rapidly

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems
• Senior-level experience with high-scale backend or distributed systems
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong system design skills and a production reliability mindset

• Experience with Go
• Familiarity with agentic or autonomous systems, orchestration platforms, or automation infrastructure
• Experience designing APIs and internal tooling for engineering teams
• Familiarity with observability tooling, distributed tracing, and event-driven systems
