• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven ability to architect and develop solutions to complex, ambiguous problems

• Experience in building resilient and scalable systems

• Experience launching new products from 0 to 1
• Familiarity with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks
• Knowledge of blockchain technology (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum)
• Proficiency with programming languages and tools such as Golang, Ruby, Docker, and Postgres
• Background in building highly reliable and secure fintech systems
