• Lead AI opportunity discovery by partnering with various teams to identify workflows and pain points for AI automation
• Design and prototype AI solutions using advanced GenAI techniques and programming in Python and Golang
• Deploy sustainable, production‑grade AI solutions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
• Act as an internal consultant to guide AI integration and mentor team members on best practices
• Measure and communicate the impact of AI initiatives by defining success metrics and tracking ROI

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or a highly analytical, operational, or technical role, with at least 1+ years focused on applied AI
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, architectures, and hands‑on experience with AI tools and platforms
• Proven expertise in designing, building, and maintaining production services with a strong understanding of microservices architecture
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience working cross‑functionally with legal, security, and engineering teams

• Experience in Biz Ops, Data Science, Data Engineering, or Product Engineering with a focus on automation
• Prior experience building or implementing AI agents or advanced workflow automation solutions
• Active participation in the broader AI community, such as open‑source contributions or conference presentations
