- Proven experience in a formal leadership role, including direct reports or leading multiple project teams
- Deep expertise in Type Script, Node.js, and React
- In‑depth, hands‑on expertise with key AWS cloud services and relevant certifications (Solutions Architect, Dev Ops Engineer)
- Demonstrated experience with secure coding practices and knowledge of healthcare data security standards (e.g., HIPAA)
- Strong understanding of system performance optimization and cloud‑native design patterns
