• Lead the creation and maintenance of a scalable, reusable component library and comprehensive design system
• Drive the evolution of front-end architecture, tooling, and frameworks to support complex applications
• Collaborate closely with Design, Product, and Engineering teams to uphold UX fidelity and mentor peers
• Contribute across the full stack to support back-end integration and end-to-end feature development
• Establish coding standards and best practices for UI development to ensure high-quality, maintainable code

• Minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of building and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries
• Strong background in front-end engineering, including React, JavaScript/Type Script, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience collaborating with Design, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences

• Master’s degree or advanced coursework in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related disciplines
• Familiarity with Node.js, REST/Graph
  
  QL APIs, and database interactions
• Experience with performance optimization techniques and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication skills for mentoring and conducting code reviews
• Relevant certifications in front-end development or accessibility standards
