• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for various use cases, including ingestion of raw data and building core datasets
• Develop scalable data models to support product features, internal analytics, and machine learning workloads
• Implement batch and streaming pipelines using technologies like Spark, Python, and Airflow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address ambiguous questions and deliver high-impact data solutions
• Mentor junior team members and improve automation while adhering to best practices in data modeling and reliability

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in building scalable data pipelines
• Familiarity with SQL and distributed data processing tools such as Spark or Kafka
• Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language, with knowledge of software engineering principles
• Understanding of data modeling and metric design principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Experience with modern data lakes and data warehouses
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly with non-technical stakeholders
• Passion for data quality and system reliability
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Experience in mentoring and guiding peers in data engineering practices
