• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 2 years focused on developing generative AI products
• Proven experience in the full lifecycle of early-phase AI development, from ideation to production and maintenance
• Strong ability to prototype and identify new opportunities that lead to successful projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing clear technical documentation
• Deep product and business knowledge to connect modeling tasks with business value

• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience in planning a multi-year roadmap that aligns shorter-term projects with long-term vision
• Demonstrated expertise in AI indexing, retrieval systems, personalization, and natural language processing
• Growth mindset with experience in mentoring and aligning senior engineers
