• Lead the technical implementation of key RCM initiatives, including automated eligibility verification and flexible pricing
• Own critical RCM operations such as benefits resolution, claim processing, and bill management
• Coordinate billing requirements and dependencies across functional teams, including Product, Operations, and Finance
• Deliver improved analytics and observability to ensure the integrity of billing activity
• Develop advanced tooling and automation to enhance accuracy and scale RCM operations

• Minimum of 5-6 years of engineering experience owning projects and building scalable products
• Tenured experience working in a startup environment
• Strong backend and database experience for SaaS applications
• Experience with our stack (React/Typescript, Python/Django) or similar
• Self-motivation and a self-starting attitude

• Experience with containerized environments (Docker or otherwise) and Kubernetes or similar
• Low ego and strong orientation to cross-functional work and stakeholder collaboration
