• Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices

• Experience with active trading systems or high availability financial systems
• Personal experience in trading crypto or other financial instruments
• History of rapid growth in previous companies
• Experience in upgrading legacy systems or re-architecting systems for next-generation use
• Familiarity with Golang, Mongo
