- Experience in a rapidly growing company (from 10 to hundreds of engineers)
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum)
- Experience decomposing large monoliths into microservices
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Golang, Ruby, Docker, Sinatra, Rails, and Postgres
- Background in building financial, high-reliability, or security systems
