• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering
• Strong full-stack engineering skills with experience in backend services and UI development

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for onchain/Web3 and understanding of blockchain technologies, especially Ethereum

• Experience in a rapidly growing company from startup to mid-size
• Previous work building on blockchain technology (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum)
• Experience decomposing large monoliths into microservices
• Background in developing financial, high-reliability, or security systems
