• Design, develop, and implement agentic AI blueprints for enterprise deployment
• Lead technical reviews and mentor the engineering team in building production‑grade workflows
• Develop proof‑of‑concept workflows that apply modern data science techniques to Gendays use cases
• Collaborate with product, research, and infrastructure teams to enhance NVIDIA's agentic ecosystem
• Drive performance optimization for agentic applications, focusing on accuracy, latency, and efficiency

• BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; MS or PhD preferred
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years as a tech lead
• Proficient in Python with[], at least 6+ years of experience in building Python libraries or applications
• Experience with GenAI application development using LLM frameworks and observability platforms
• Proficient in distributed orchestration and communication frameworks

• Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling agentic AI applications in production
• Experience developing agents in Python or similar languages
• Examples of profiling code to identify performance bottlenecks and mitigation strategies
• Familiarity with NVIDIA technologies caveats such as CUDA, Tensor
  
  RT, and Triton
• Experience with RAG systems and communication protocols
