• Manage a team of engineers focused on developing accelerated image and data processing solutions
• Lead projects to meet both internal and external customer needs
• Build and maintain a project roadmap aligned with company goals and customer expectations
• Determine project goals and scope, ensuring timely execution and delivery
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment that promotes innovation and creativity

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least five years of overall experience, including three or more in team management
• Experience in designing and testing large-scale software with strong examples from past careers
• Proficiency in C++ and Python
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with the open-source community

• Experience with image processing concepts and algorithms (e.g., geometry transformations, filtering, etc.)
• Knowledge of image and data compression formats and algorithms (e.g., jpeg, tiff, png)
• Expertise in parallel programming and performance optimization on modern computer architectures (e.g., CUDA, MPI)
• Prior experience working with distributed teams
