• Build and own product capabilities for Stytch’s agentic identity platform on Twilio
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable distributed services with a focus on security and developer experience
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to set direction and deliver high-impact features
• Mentor other engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, from engineers to executive leadership

• 7+ years of experience building and operating highly scalable, distributed systems
• Strong hands‑on coding skills with a focus on solving complex problems
• Demonstrated expertise in designing resilient, fault‑tolerant systems
• Experience making high-impact technical decisions and leading technical initiatives
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience

• Experience building 0-to-1 products or working in a startup environment
• Deep experience with identity and access management, modern authentication protocols, and security architecture
• Knowledge of technologies such as OAuth, SAML, and zero‑trust security principles
• Familiarity with developing APIs and SDKs with a strong focus on developer experience
• Background in Go, Kubernetes, and DynamoDB
