Senior Software Engineer, Distributed Systems - NIM Factory

• Develop a factory pipeline that transforms AI models into deployable services validated across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with technical leaders and multiple AI model teams to enhance infrastructure productivity.
• Define metrics and implement improvements based on user feedback.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of growth and learning.
• Design interfaces and data models while expanding observability over the factory pipeline.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing microservices, cloud software, or tooling roles.
• Deep technical expertise in distributed containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Prometheus.
• Proven experience debugging and analyzing performance in distributed microservices or cloud systems.
• Strong programming skills for building distributed and compute systems.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience delivering event‑driven applications using services such as Kafka or Redis.
• History of building and deploying containers for microservices and their associated CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in large‑scale full‑stack development.
