- Ability to read blueprints and coordinate construction and installation projects
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical problem‑solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Must meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
- Experience in field‑based environments
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in the field
