• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale cloud-native and AI-powered systems
• Drive technical direction for AI engineering initiatives, including LLM integration and agentic AI patterns

• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers to enhance technical quality across the organization

• 10+ years of overall experience in software engineering, particularly with large-scale enterprise systems
• Strong hands‑on experience with full‑stack development using modern backend and frontend technologies
• Deep expertise in cloud architecture and distributed systems, including microservices and event‑driven design
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, secure cloud‑native applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with AI engineering, including LLM integration and RAG systems
• Experience designing or re‑architecting enterprise‑scale AI agents or intelligent automation platforms
• Proven track record of shipping high‑impact cloud or AI‑powered products in fast‑paced environments
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and influencing engineering culture at scale
