• Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy advanced Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (Gen‑AI) models for issue detection and quality assurance
• Proactively identify emerging on‑road issue trends and develop data‑driven strategies for monitoring and discovery
• Define and document policies and procedures that incorporate AI tools into operational workflows
• Implement quality control processes for both human and AI‑generated outputs, ensuring integrity and performance
• Provide technical leadership and consultation to enhance workflows and address issues with tools

• BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations
• Competency in supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle
• Experience with ML testing and validation, including dataset quality assurance and performance evaluation
• Strong understanding of driving rules and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

• Experience working with offshore teams or multiple local operations hubs
• Competency in LLM / transformer models or ML for robotics domain experience
• Self‑motivated with skills in task planning and time management
• Direct customer consultation experience in developing new solutions
• Advanced knowledge in ML testing and validation techniques
